The goal of The Leadership Haven’s Lunch, Learn, and LEAD Leadership Development Sessions is to provide an informal and safe learning environment where Leaders can engage in conversations related to various leadership topics. These sessions are customized according to organizational needs – and attendees can opt to BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch); or The Leadership Haven can handle everything.

The Leadership Haven Enrichment Academy for Leaders is a Leadership and Business Development Training program that focuses on intricate Leadership and Business Development concepts. Because Leadership Development has more to do with Self-Awareness; these sessions will awaken the attendees to themselves – the Leader Within; and expose the attendees to industry professionals who are doing the work to build successful businesses.
The Leadership Haven hosts quarterly "Empowerment Hour Leadership Development Brunch" sessions for Leaders throughout Palm Beach County. Each session highlights a thought-provoking topic that helps to "Develop the Leader Within". The Leadership Haven’s Leadership Quotient Executive Program measures a leaders capacity according to these key imperatives, including: Proficiency (IQ), Personality (EQ), and Potential (XQ).
