My leadership journey began with a tough lesson: a supervisor once told me I was a “good supervisor but struggled with leadership.” That moment ignited a passion to learn, grow, and redefine what true leadership means.
Over the years, I transformed setbacks, including job loss, financial hardship, and personal challenges into stepping stones. Along the way, I earned a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, built award-winning teams, and ultimately founded The Leadership Haven.
With over 30 years of experience in government and nonprofit leadership, I’ve guided hundreds of leaders to step boldly into their influence, overcome barriers, and lead with confidence. Today, I’m committed to helping you do the same because every leader deserves access to the skills, strategies, and support to succeed.
