• Corporate Retreats, Team Building Retreats, and Leadership Retreats.
To optimize participant’s concentration and engagement during the retreat we recommend that the retreat be held at an offsite location. Although this isn’t necessary, it does help shut out distractions.
The retreat will have one primary facilitator with extensive team building, leadership development, and coaching experience who will be supported by one or two assistants who will provide additional support to participants during the retreat.
Our approach always start with a review of the mission, vision, and values.
Our approach for securing the needed buy-in is to encourage and provide channels for your employees to express their views and opinion.
Our approach evokes a spirit of comradeship – organization wide team spirit – and a positive attitude from your workforce, because of the visible action that is seen to be taken to understand and accommodate the views and opinions.
Our approach will require participants to break into work groups to collaborate on various topics and report back on their findings.
