The Leadership Simulation Experience™, created by The Leadership Haven Resource Center, is an immersive leadership development simulation designed for leaders and teams who want to strengthen how they make decisions, communicate, collaborate, and lead under pressure.
During this 2-hour, facilitator-led experience, participants work together through realistic organizational scenarios that become increasingly complex as the simulation progresses.
There are no perfect answers and participants are not told how to lead.
